I think my thumb drive died... is there anything I can do?

DO NOT PUT ALCOHOL ON YOUR FLASH DRIVE. Allow the thumb drive to dry out in a bag of rice to make sure moisture isn't the problem. Try opening My Computer to see if the computer identifies it is there. Sometimes it will realize it's there but won't show any signs. If none of these methods work, try to return you product.
