JWs and What does the bible REALLY teach?

Hi guys, I was wondering why you need to refer to your booklet What does the Bible REALLY teach? If a person wants to know what the Bible REALLY teaches should they just not go to the Bible itself? I found God and the truth myself without the need for such a study aid and the Bible is the ONLY handbook for life.
