Do we move in with my parents?

My father has, aged 81, Alzheimer’s and my mother, aged 73, is becoming feeble. We need to decide whether to move in with them so that I can help them more. I am 52 and presently caring for my 56 year old husband, who is disabled. My only sibling lives several states away and would not choose to move back. So, do we move back in with my parents so that I can care for all three in one place? There are other family members close by, but they are either elderly or caring for their parents as well.
