How much should I sell my ipod touch for?

I have an 8gb, 2nd generation ipod touch that I am trying to sell because I recently got the iphone 3gs so I have no need for the ipod. It doesn't have any scratches and looks practically brand new. I still have the box and booklets that it came with. I am also including a case, screen protectors, cloth cleaner, usb connector, and a wall charger. I just want to know what a good price would be. I am probably going to sell it on ebay. Any help is appreciated!
