How to deal with the new laptop ?

Being that is an HP computer I would imagine it has a factory image recovery installed on a partition on your hard drive. If so, you can use it to recover your computer back to the way it was when it left the factory. I have done several for people here as I do computer repair. I get a big thrill when you're done a message pops up and says, Welcome to your new computer.
