I have a question about 2 medical things?

Hey i was wondering about two medical "problems" i think i have any further information would be greatly appreciated on the subject. The first thing is when i get to school in the morning or even sometimes during the day my right hand gets really weak and starts to shake a little bit like i just woke up from a good nights sleep and it feels really feeble and weak? anyone know what that is all about? anyway the second on is i have trouble getting to sleep at night because i am always thinking and my thinking in bed keeps me from going to sleep i think about all sorts of stuff and i just cant sleep i have a hard time going to sleep but when i am sleeping i don't wake up at all, what is this? what is it called? is there anything i can do about these two things? thanks
